Interviews and case studies
Testimony and story telling that bring your organisation to life
Whether you require interviews and first person pieces for your corporate reports, or B2B or B2C case studies to improve your marketing communications, we have the copywriting team to bring your people and organisation to life.
Our copywriting team knows how to use narrative to explore and amplify key messages, and do so in the voice and format you require. We can also help you draw up templates for case studies, ensuring that they are always written and presented to a consistent style.
Our copywriters have the confidence and experience to bring the best out of anyone – from CEOs to your shop floor workers and from senior politicians to service users with learning difficulties.
Interviews can take place online, on the phone or in person.
Fact checking and securing interviewee approval are all part of the service we offer.

Wrap – business to business case studies and consumer copywriting
ProseWorks’ words and copy are rarely wasted, and never recycled.
Strange, then, that we’ve frequently been appointed by Wrap, the recycling and waste reduction body to pen a wide range of consumer and business focused marketing material.
Over the last eight years we have written around 150 business focused case studies, showcasing good environmental practice across all industrial and retail sectors.
For these 400-word case studies we had to turn technical information into ‘bite size’ message-led two-siders which followed defined templates. Writing headlines, standfirsts, key points and introductions, as well as body copy, were needed, all to predefined word counts.
For around 40 extended case studies we interviewed external organisations and used direct quotes and testimony to convey the benefits of embracing environmental change.
All copy required sign-off and approval from both Wrap and the case studied organisation. We were happy to oblige.
For Wrap’s consumer-facing Recycle Now brand, we were commissioned to write press releases, web copy, Facebook and Twitter feeds for local authorities to promote and use with their local media. The themes were topical (for instance, Christmas, Halloween, the World Cup) and were prepared in advance. Local authorities only had to change key local information before using them with the local media, on their websites and on their social media feeds.
