Web copywriting case study
Healthcare UK – blog and web writing
Healthcare UK is a UK Government agency that works closely with private health companies to sell their expertise and services overseas, and with the NHS to help it raise additional revenue abroad.
Healthcare UK required a strong web presence to promote itself globally and raise awareness of its work with the UK health sector. ProseWorks was therefore approached to research and write content that hit the spot for its website.
Since 2014 we have written news pieces to ensure Healthcare UK’s website remains up to date and relevant to key audiences.
We have also written and researched the site’s blog. In this section our team have interviewed key Healthcare UK specialists to tease out the stories behind the news; exploring the issues and developments that readers who are keen to export their products and services overseas will want to know.
Written in the first person, these blogs give added insight and observations, helping readers who are keen to export their products and services overseas to gain a better understanding of markets and business culture overseas.
ProseWorks has also rewritten a series of marketing brochures that promote a range of different healthcare services (such as training, education, primary healthcare, digital health).
Originally these documents did not hang together well. Information was dense, dull and poorly organised. Our team rewrote them, placing the message and the reader at the fore.
The end result was a suite of complementary marketing brochures that were lively and engaging; with the texts organised around the UK’s key ‘offers’ and in a writing style that readers – for whom English will not be their first language – can easily understand.
